01What does True Blue Agency do?
True Blue Agency is a web and app development agency in Darwin. We design, build and support websites, web applications, mobile apps and SaaS products, and automate the work between the tools a business already uses. The same team scopes the project, builds it and supports it after launch.
02Where is True Blue Agency based?
Our office is at 77 Cavenagh Street, Darwin City, in the Northern Territory. We work with businesses across Australia and overseas: on site in Darwin and remotely everywhere else. The agency is the web and software side of True Blue IT Services, which also runs managed IT support from Darwin and Alice Springs.
03How long does it take to build a website or app?
A typical build runs about 11 weeks: scoping in week 1, clickable prototypes in weeks 2 to 3, the build in weeks 4 to 10 and launch in week 11. Simpler websites are quicker, and some of ours have launched within one to three weeks.
04Do you work to a fixed price?
Yes. After a scoping session you get a written scope and a fixed price. Larger systems are scoped in phases, so you can launch sooner.
05Do you build apps for iOS and Android?
Yes. We build iOS and Android apps from one codebase, including offline-first apps for crews who work without reception, and we handle App Store and Google Play submission.
06Which platforms do you build websites on?
Whichever fits the business: custom code, WordPress, Shopify or GoHighLevel pages. Every site is set up so your team can edit it after handover.
07What happens after launch?
The team that built your software keeps looking after it: hosting, monitoring, backups, security updates and monthly improvements, with 24/7 support remotely or on site in Darwin. Maintenance plans start from $99 a month.
08Can you connect the tools we already use?
Yes. We integrate with systems such as Xero, Microsoft 365 and ServiceM8, and build API integrations between existing tools so staff stop entering the same data twice.
