Unique NT Gift Baskets: a Shopify store for Territory-made hampers
A Shopify store for a Darwin gift basket business — curated hampers of locally made NT products, delivered Australia-wide.
Our approach
Gift buying is driven by occasion and budget, so that is how we organised the store. We worked with the owner to sort each hamper into collections by occasion and price, then wrote clear contents lists so buyers know exactly what they are sending. Because every basket is a bundle of local products, we set up inventory to track both the finished baskets and the items inside them, avoiding orders for hampers that cannot be filled. We added gift messages, delivery dates and recipient details at checkout, and a separate enquiry path for corporate and custom orders so larger jobs start as a conversation instead of a cart. Shipping was configured for Australia-wide delivery alongside local Darwin delivery and pickup, and the owner was walked through the Shopify admin so seasonal ranges and promotions can be updated in-house.
