Our approach

Matchmaking runs on trust, so the website had to feel personal from the first scroll. We worked with the founder to put their voice at the centre of the site, writing copy that explains the matchmaking process plainly and answers the questions people are often too shy to ask. The structure separates the three things the business offers — matchmaking, confidence and dating coaching, and community events — so visitors can find the path that suits them without feeling pushed. We kept the design warm and uncluttered, made privacy and discretion visible throughout, and built every enquiry point to start a real conversation rather than an automated sign-up. The result is a site that reflects the service itself: considered, local and human.
