Our approach
Dukes is more than a place to grab a coffee, and the website needed to show that. We focused on capturing the atmosphere of the café — the regulars, the live music, the art on the walls — so visitors get a feel for the place before they walk in. Behind that, we built the site around the two things the team wanted to grow: coffee training and event bookings. Each has its own clear page and a straightforward booking flow, so customers can lock in a session or enquire about a function without a phone call. We kept the content easy for the café team to update, so new events and showcases can go live as quickly as they're planned.
